It is very easy to use the app on your cellphone. It's not too complicated software as compared to others.

Cons:

The pricing is not that great. I may switch to other software as box hero is increasing pricing.

Worked okay. I like how it let me print out barcodes to place on my inventory so that I could easily scan it in and out

Cons:

I wish it had a way to keep track of recipes so that it could automatically remove items from my inventory as I used them

Excellent inventory software which helps manage materials and stock on hand well! I love that it has an android app, I love the low stock warning notifications, and excess stock. Great that I can upload a photo of the stock/material. I love that I can add my own categories of things.

Cons:

None. I liked everything so far! :) I didn't find something I didn't like.

Sortly app didn't even log in. So ditched it immediately.

Pros:

I have a lot of auto body parts that need to keep track of stock in and out every day. They come from all different trading companies with all different kinds of barcodes and serial numbers. The first thing I like about the BoxHero app is that I can create my unique barcodes and print them to keep track of inventory. The unity of barcodes on products makes it easy to monitor the stock in and out. Also, I can access the stock history, even when I'm away from my shop, using a mobile app that seamlessly syncs with my PC. This way, I can conveniently manage the stock inflow and outflow from anywhere, and stay on top of my business on the go.

Cons:

I am unable to print labels directly from the mobile app using the Bluetooth-connected printer. Upon inquiring about this feature with customer service, they informed me that it is currently on their development agenda and being considered for future updates.

Reasons for choosing BoxHero

Despite offering similar features, BoxHero was more cost-effective than Fishbowl Inventory.

Box Hero for inventory control

It is convenient way to know what I have in the warehouse when I am in the store and running down on product and I am talking to a customer I can use it and know that I can go get for them.

I use this more for my warehouse so I know what is available to restock in our store and to keep my supervisor up to date when we need product.

Cons:

Only one UPC can be put in for one product, I have some products with more than one UPC.
