Used to be a good option - don't see the value after price increase

Pros:

Easy to manage. Nice interface. Work well with different equity options - we use phantom equity which not a lot of other platforms have a specific feature for but Capboard does. Decent features including custom document templates + signing.

Cons:

Price increase 4x at the end of last year. It was a more cost effective option which is why we chose it but now it's right up there with the top competitors so I feel like we could have just gone with a more well known product.

It's an early product so there are convenient features that are not there yet. However, given the focus of their support team, I'm certain that our requests will make it to the product plan and ultimately in the product.

Es muy intuitiva y fácil de introducir datos y ver sus resultados. Permite a emprendedores poder ver cómo gestionar su empresa y sus socios y plantear formas de crecimiento sin grandes conocimientos financieros.

Cons:

Ayudaría tener una zona o servicio adicional de evaluación de empresas para poder tener un informe totalmente profesional con Pre-money, postmoney, etc.

Capboard: a very easy to use tool for simple and complex captable problems

I tried a few other cap table software programs, but this is the winner because it is easier to use and its simulation tool is very handy.
