ManageEngine OpManager vs ManageEngine OpManager MSP: Which is best for you?

my overall experience with op manager is really fantastic, it enables centralized monitoring of devices, allow me to check their health status in real time, provides email notifications for alarms and offers detailed reports to review device performance over any required time period

ManageEngine Opmanager has few downsides, including a complex setup process, resource consumption in larger networks, and limited features in the free version.

I like the feature of automated network mapping that is incorporated in ManageEngine OpManager MSP since it captures the changes of network topology in realtime.

I found it had a weakness in that SNMP trap processing caused the update delay whenever several customers’ routers were being processed.
