AN AMAZING TEAM

THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED ARE ALWAYS SENT A DAY AHEAD OF TIME. IT IS CLOCK WORK. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT SLIPPED. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF WHICH MEANS THEY KNOW ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PAYMENT RECIPIENTS.

IF I NEED CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEY ARE QUICK TO GET BACK. THE NEWER SITE TOOK A COUPLE TIMES OF NAVIGATING THROUGH IT, BUT IT IS JUST AS EASY AS BEFORE.

Cons:

I DO NOT NEED TO REACH OUT TO THEM AS MUCH AS I WOULD LIKE, BECAUSE THEY ARE AMAZING PEOPLE. IT IS GREAT WORKING WITH THEM.

Stratosphere Quality

There is always something to learn about the tool. Reports are a great tool for our field teams to set up automated reporting. The field team has mentioned how easy it is to navigate within the tool and stated that there is so much information they can blast out to their teams if needed.

This software program has been extremely easy to navigate and mesh with our current software programs we run within our company. The flexibility to change something quickly is great as well as the team behind the curtain making those adjustments/changes.

Cons:

I would like the batch/edit workers to be functionable once again. The option for the back arrow to work as well would save some time doing daily tasks.

Reasons for choosing SimpleVMS

Ultimately, it came down to cost and functionality. There was more benefit going to SimpleVMS because of the type of work Stratosphere Quality does. SQ and SVMS teams worked together to make sure that the system functioned properly but tailored to fit Stratosphere's needs.

Simple but effective!

Can be convoluted because of the simplicity, but overall the benefits outweigh the cons. Customer service has definitely improved throughout my time using it, and they've always been quick to respond.

Very simple to use/understand. Very straightforward. What you see is what you get.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be too simple-- I would love more customizable self-service reporting, the ability to sort without having to run a report, and for multirate functionality both in the worker profile and multirates without needing multiple timecards.

SimpleVMS as the name suggests is a very simple to use product that is full rich in vendor management features. It has a well organized and very effortless to use user interface. It uses modern automation technologies to helps improve the efficiency of your tasks by eliminating the manual works that are prone to human errors. It also makes it possible to automatically generate accurate and branded invoices which match your organization brand to assure your customers that the invoices are from the right organization. With a very easy to use reporting function, SimpleVMS helps generate and customize real-time reports that helps get accurate insights on all your vendor related data. It has a very open to customization product architecture thats allows you to customize it to perfectly match with your specific organization needs.

Cons:

I have genuinely nothing that i like least in SimpleVMS. The features works excellently and completely okay with the experience am having using them.

It helps develop automated workflows which eliminate the tedious and time consuming manual tasks like employees acquisition and generation of error free invoices. The tracking feature helps monitor employees attendance at all time to make sure everyone does the work entitled to them at all time and ensure proper timekeeping is maintained. The system has a clean user interface which has a clearly defined dashboard making it an easy to use product. It gives a flawless experience in transferring employees from one department to another or even offloading some of the employees. The reporting and metrics functions helps generate detailed and customized reports which gives a clear visibility of all the employees data and their performances.

Cons:

My time using SimpleVMS has been flawless. Am fully satisfied with each and every feature and there is nothing at all to complain about.
