I originally started with the lowest-tier plan, which included no directed onboarding aside from some links (even 20 minutes talking to someone would have made a huge difference) and no access to a live person for support when something appeared to not be working properly were the most frustrating things for me. While the Q&A catalog is helpful, it’s not sufficient when something isn’t working as described.

We have many clients, KL allows us to keep up with each client's information on an individual basis, allows us to maintain the most up to date information, and allows us to care for our clients needs.

There is no report to pull up of when that dog was in attendance. If a customer books varied day care dates, there is no way to print out or email them the list of dates reserved.
