I originally started with the lowest-tier plan, which included no directed onboarding aside from some links (even 20 minutes talking to someone would have made a huge difference) and no access to a live person for support when something appeared to not be working properly were the most frustrating things for me. While the Q&A catalog is helpful, it’s not sufficient when something isn’t working as described.

PetPocketbook's team has been WONDERFUL about providing guidance and answers to all of my questions during the learning phase, and I appreciate knowing that any questions I have will be answered by someone who genuinely wants to support my business ownership journey.

I do not like that when a pet sitter approves services that it is not sent to me in an email or an easier way to see that it has been handled. When it is pending there are gold squares on the calendar. But once approved by a pet sitter, I have to look at all the ones that I approved and it takes a lot to see other approvals.
