Pros:
Integration with POS is very easy to accomplish. They real time sync works very well. It's easy to setup and to use. Very intuitive and helpfull videos. Simple to create PO and manage inventory
Cons:
There is a few basic things missing, like the possibility to write notes on a partially received PO, or if you make a mistake. In fact you can't write notes anywhere which is quite annoying. It works in modules and I think the price it's too high for what they are offering for professional and Elite packages.

Pretty powerful stuff! We appreciate the feedback on writing a note on a partially received Purchase Order. Our engineering team will take that into consideration. However, you can write a note in several other areas of the software, such as when doing a reconciliation. These notes will show on the audit logs of all items. Best Customer Care ever anywhere!

This has been a great experience from the beginning with the sales rep, [sensitive content hidden], to the chat helpers like [sensitive content hidden] and all the others I have continuously bothered :-) to even a couple good answers from the AI. But I still prefer the live chat people.

The customer care/support is out of this world!! I can always talk to a live person via chat quickly and they are very knowledgeable and patient. They explain things well so that I can use and begin to understand the unfamiliar parts of the program.
Cons:
I have yet to find anything I do not like.

Reasons for switching to Thrive by Shopventory

The old system was outdated, cumbersome and did not work with our new Clover POS system.

Looks good, but has a surprising amount of limitations for an inventory system

I was sold on the Demo that was provided, but after getting into the weeds of the product I learned more about what our company needed and was shocked at how many limitations there are. We are now in the process of finding a more robust system.

It can integrate 2 shopify stores into 1 inventory source.
Cons:
The list is pretty lengthy. Hopefully they can be fixed, but I've not seen any progress or even mention of progress over the past several months of using this software. - Can't edit or update POs - Can't see sku numbers when updating inventory at a product level - PAR inventory levels on auto POs don't factor anything that is already on order - Can't search for a PO by part number Those are just a few off the top of my head...

A Great Choice for Small Businesses • Engineers Could Improve Response Times

We're happy with Shopventory. There's been a little bit of a learning curve, but overall we find it to be well worth the investment, and our in store and online business would be much more difficult to manage without Shopventory.

Between our store and website, when we sell product our inventory needs to remain accurate so that we don't oversell and make our customers angry. Shopventory does this for us. The only other functionality I use is bundling. For retail, Shopventory is nice for bundling parts or products together, and keeping inventory numbers square. While it's not part of my job, we also use Shopventory to manage our vendors and purchase orders, which I know has been extremely helpful for our purchasing team.
Cons:
When I'm chatting with the first level of customer service, who does a phenomenal job, my issue gets resolved about 80% of the time. They're responsive, readily available, and easy to work with. However, when they can't troubleshoot an issue, and the issue goes to the engineers, it really feels like my issue goes into this weird No Man's Land where my chances of getting a timely response are really low. And I really do see that Shopventory has identified and taken steps to alleviate that issue. I've actually gotten really incredible 5-star help with some issues - it just hasn't seem to speed up the process with the engineers at all, so when my issues goes to an engineer, it's just more worth my time to delete and recreate a listing rather than wait.

Reasons for choosing Thrive by Shopventory

It's been a couple years, but I believe we went with Shopventory because we use Square POS & BigCommerce, and we felt more comfortable that Shopventory would keep our inventory in check over other solutions.

Reasons for switching to Thrive by Shopventory

I have nothing bad to say about SkuVault, we simply don't need to pay for a robust warehouse software.

Even though [sensitive content hidden] was off she saw my cry for help and I was in panic mode. She helped get everything going and took the time to make a video incase she had to go before we where up and running. But we where fortunate that we did not have to do a complete upload of inventory. Long story short my system shut down yesterday on a Friday our busiest day and we where shipped a new system next day and needed to get up and running and was concerned about getting all inventory uploaded quickly. [sensitive content hidden] was AMAZING!!!!!
Cons:
[sensitive content hidden] just happened to see my cry for help but in most cases I may not have had anyone to help. Retail is 7 days a week and some are 24/7. I think it would be nice to have at least one person on standby or call for after hours.
