About CINCEL

CINCEL is a cloud-based digital signature solution that helps businesses across legal, retail, real estate, construction, healthcare and other industries create and electronically sign documents. It enables organizations to manage various types of contracts such as sales and lease agreements, NDAs, power of attorney documents, invoices, income statements, certificates and more.

Features of CINCEL include data encryption, automated backups, biometric verification, user management, reporting and more. The application allows attorneys to capture and store legal documents in a centralized repository and share them with external stakeholders in real-time. Additionally, it lets employees track documents by adding timestamps, date of registration and signatures.

CINCEL comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party platforms such as Slack, QuickBooks, Google Drive, Dropbox, Salesforce, and more. Ya era hora que existiera esto tal cual! Gracias!

Pues ha sido fascinante recuperar tiempo que antes destinábamos para actividades burocráticas como conseguir firmas de diversos involucrados, para destinarlo en actividades de alto valor en el negocio. Además quedó bien con clientes.

La simplicidad y lo amigable de usar, hasta mis contadores y mi asistente ya son fans! =)

Cons:

Al principio no tenía muy claro cómo usarlo, pero la verdad le entendí de volada y ahora hasta ando viendo que más usos aprovechar.

Dejé de usar DocuSign porque cada fin de semana que teníamos eventos, mis coordinadores me mandaban a firma unas cartas solicitud hacia las autoridades. Me llamo la atención que un día no me pasaron el documento a firma y sí tuvimos evento, cuando le pregunté al coordinador por qué no me pasaron a firma el documento esta vez, me dijo que “para no molestarme” sólo copió y pegó mi firma de una carta anterior... y yo... wow! No me gusto que lo que creía seguro en realidad sólo servía para convertir mi firma en una imagen que cualquier podía usar.

La funcionalidad de firma ilimitada ya que permite firmar cualquier documento y me sirve para proveedores y clientes. La facilidad de uso no solo para mi equipo sino para todas las personas que han firmado documentos. Las integraciones también han sido muy rápidas y sencillas.

Cons:

Falta la documentación en inglés pero me han comentado el equipo de CINCEL que están trabajando en ello.

Es muy fácil de integrar gracias a su API, con lo cual podemos integrar la firma electrónica básica, standard y la avanzada para que la experiencia del cliente o usuario sea extraordinaria.

Cons:

Faltan algunas mejoras a su API de gestión de eventos para mejor control del lado de Nuestro Producto BrumBee ERP Cloud y mejoras en la personalización.

Facilidad al firmar en PDF

Lo primero que soluciona es la digitalizacion de documentos firmados, porque ya no se imprime y escanea para después guardarse incluso podríamos decir que se ahorra un poco de luz y mucho papel. Se lleva un control adecuado de los documentos firmados en una nube

La sencillez al cargar un pdf y mandarlo a firmar con solo indicar el correo, y excelente el botón de recordatorio. Además de poder ordenar los documentos

Cons:

No es mala la visualización en Mobil pero cuando se le da vista previa, se necesita configurar para que se ajuste y se vea mejor y depende de cada Mobil

Porque es un aplicativo tanto en equipo Mobil o de escritorio, y contiene una facilidad de poder firmar autógrafo y e.firma, y no sólo eso sino que se puede implementar en un software y anexarlo para firmar documentos como visto bueno y eso ayuda mucho para dejar todo digitalizado y mostrar una correcta trazabilidad.

Certeza legal-jurídica con el cumplimiento de las leyes de la materia. Costo-Beneficio y tiempo en realizar todo el ciclo de un documento entre las partes interesadas y cero movilidad a oficinas y dependencias gubernamentales. La funcionalidad y proceso en tres pasos (crear el documento, compartir para firma, firmar y listo). Administración de alta seguridad y en la nube, archivo de documentos de acuerdo a mis necesidades. Rápida disponibilidad de cualquier documento creado mediante cincel, cero copias y certificaciones adicionales, se eliminan copias y digitalizaciones futuras. Consumo sobre mis necesidades y con ADD On. Adaptabilidad con API. Totalmente adaptable para cualquier organizaciones que requiera documentar y controlar sus procesos con autorizaciones, copias a departamentos involucrados, y demás firmas requeridas. Cumplimiento de norma que garantiza su validez y facilita su auditoria.

Cons:

Que no hace la conversión de word a PDF y que no integre varios documentos para formar uno solo (ejemplo pagaré con tabla de amortización y contrato correspondiente)

Cons:

No hemos encontrado puntos débiles, ya que resuelve necesidades muy específicas y su funcionalidad se limita a ellas.
