CloudNine vs Relativity: Which is best for you?

With most products, the support dictates the overall user experience, and I must say, I am very happy with the Cloudnine LAW, thanks to the support team.

The only negative I have with CloudNine is the user's inability to change the background coloring. When working for hours at a time on document productions a change of color would relieve eye stress.
