While the tool is good. The auto updation has always been a challenge. Have written many mails on this. The case gets updated in ecourts or confonet, however, the same is not updated in Legistrak.It is advisable that, the auto tracking issue is resolved.

Good CMT platform: Value for time and money

Thanks to Legistify, we have now consolidated all our information in a centralized dashboard, eliminating the need to search through multiple sources. We seamlessly integrated their E-Mail importer into our internal workflows, ensuring that no important contracts are overlooked. The greatest advantage is the considerable time reduction in accessing information, which previously required sifting through numerous emails and attending multiple meetings. Now, we simply log into Legistrak and find the exact piece of information we need.

Legistify enables us to access their tool from any location as long as there is an internet connection available. This feature facilitates enhanced cooperation and flexibility during the procurement process. Moreover, the platform is highly customizable, making it capable of adjusting to the specific requirements of your organization. Its standout feature includes the ability to forward contracts to a personalized email address for automated importing, which simplifies the categorization of contracts upon import. As a result, the duration of due diligence has been noticeably reduced. Additionally, Legistify provides excellent customer support with quick and responsive assistance.

Cons:

Internally, we invested a certain amount of time in discovering the most effective approach to handle contracts in a digital format. Nonetheless, once we began the onboarding process the team was extremely accommodating and willingly provided us with valuable insights and recommendations for each query.

I like a lot of things about the tool that they provide. Legistify helps in organising, makes it simple to look up clients to quickly describe the case, and makes sure there is a record of what has been done and what still needs to be done. Finding contracts is as simple as using google. The AI is quite precise. Integrations are seamless and minimize the need for human input.

Cons:

There are not many things I can think of that I dislike. Just one point -The AI sometimes don't capture things accurately, but it is not frequent and I trust the Legistify team to address and fix this in due time.

LegisTrak is quite user friendly and easy to deploy. They offer client specific customisations which were really helpful for us. Other than that the team is quite responsive as far as customer support is concerned and the handover was done properly.
