"The administrative team have benefitted from the automated e-mails which include following up on 'No Attend' students and sending out 'Expressions of Interest' and 'Enrolment confirmations', 'feedback surveys', and many more."
"The human approach from the team & the scopeability of the system - still a lot to learn but enjoying the learning journey & do feel incredibly supported by a regular team - no outsourced support here!"
"E.g. the students have benefitted from having a student portal and more frequent e-mail communications and course reminders, as well as being to access their course materials easily. "
Cons
"Also we have staff sickness and turnover which all impacted our set-up time. But this is worth thinking about if it applies to you as the set-up and embedding of the software might be a longer process than you imagine."
"Quite rare but there have been a couple times servers have gone down which stops you in your tracks but like I said, very rare"
"Setting up surveys is clunky and takes a lot longer than through MS forms which is what we have used previously."
