- The platform feels quite outdated, often requires too many clicks to locate specific documents.
- The platform is pretty nice, it does offer a good value for money, the Dashboard offered to browse into the different sections of any account is convenient, easy to use, and the course visualizer is nice.
- Exporting quizzes is ok, but importing them fails: the csv files are distorted when importing them (comma problem), customer service is not able or not willing to fix it.
