- it is helpful to be able to open the order by multiple people, however it also has it's draw backs too.
- You can’t currently attach entire emails with attachments included under documents, which was a feature in SoftPro that I miss.
- I like being able to search through for specific transactions, often we have items that are same amount/same day but different files and this makes it much easier to go back and find a mistakenly matched item if needed.
- I also do not understand when I reconcile the statement and it matches that I will get an email later in the month asking me to approve it when I thought I already had.
