Evocon is an OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) solution designed to help businesses within the manufacturing industry to monitor production, track downtime, automate data collection from machines and analyze performance in real time. The live dashboard provides users with real-time data on metrics such as production quality, production speed, planned maintenance and more. It can be used to monitor all steps of the production process.

The Shift View within Evocon provides a visual overview of OEE, downtime, quality performance and more. The Factory View allows users to get a real-time overview of the entire production plant and track the performance of each individual machine within the production line. Businesses can create custom dashboards and reports based on their specific KPIs and filter data to gain deeper insights.

Pros:

Evocon product is phenomenal. We were hesitant to use this product because we it was a popular brand and the price appeared to be too good. However, Evocon team was able to implement a successful product on over 100 major pieces of equipment in a very short timeline. The team gave us superior support, and even weekly calls. Fantastic product, great leaders. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The training videos provided during the trial was fantastic, allowing users to teach themselves in a few seconds. I wish there were more archived.

Reasons for choosing Evocon

Guide Wheel also was a fantastic product. Both products were beyond amazing. And both product surpassed the other 12 companies we looked into. Evocon had a slight edge during our decision.

Reasons for switching to Evocon

GE product did not measure accurately. The graphics were slow and not user friendly. The speed to implement was very slow.

Easy to use, no software installes were needed, very informative for the shifts, technical support

Cons:

Sometimes there were problems to sign in but your technical support solved those quite soon. Probably some more stations would be beneficial to see in overall picture, now there is six and that was a maximum regarding to your tecnicians.

Nice UI and easy setup guide

Good, easy and quick support. If I have had any questions I normally get an answer in a day or two. Also most likely with a solution to my question. Their way of including the customers on further developing the program/app is very good and is a very healthy way of expanding the app.

Easy to understand UI with a very helpful and easy to follow step by step guide for further setup of system.

Cons:

It's still in a somewhat early stage of development compared to other corporate giants, that being said, it's still a good system that gets the job done. That's the reason of 4/5 stars.

Easy to implement and friendly to run

The system is easy to implement, very intuitive to administer and to teams to use. Provides a good overview for different management levels and also provides easily accessible information that allows analysis and decision making. Additionally, Evocon is a very good company to work with - the support system is very well stablished. Quality of product and service provided is increasing with the time, through a very collaborative process of feedback and development of new features.

Not having the connectivity with the company ERP. The full integration could be a plus.

Works great for asset optimization!

Evocon is very easy to use, and is a great way for us to make sure that we are using our resources as effectively as possible.

Pros:

The user-friendliness of the system is one of the biggest benefits of Evocon. Our operators have been quick to adopt the system and really enjoy using it. One reason among many is how Evocon has humanized the real-time feedback of production performance that operators get by utilizing a minion like Mr Evocon in the system. The cost and very low barrier to entry are also big advantages.

Cons:

The standard reporting could be more dynamic but the team has been very quick to offer custom data export options. Overall there are few cons if any.
