The deployment was not set up in a way that is compatible with high availability deployment and ease of upgrade for security patches and underlying infrastructure upgrades. Once we started UAT testing to commission the system, there were a number of bugs that surfaced that were reported and quietly fixed without providing any feedback to us as to what the issue was or even that it was fixed.
