Product Overall Review

The product serves our current needs, but if it could be made more open and accessible through API linkages we could make much better use of the product

Pros:

The software covers most of our requirements around order management and inventory control

Cons:

Every small feature addition demands huge development costs, which makes the product very rigid in its functionalities. Some of the basic tasks that any SaaS product should anyways offer require development efforts and hence makes the product expensive

We were looking for a product that could handle a large number of data points for us.

Pros:

The customization capabilities of the TYASuite team, along with their strong product knowledge and prompt responses to our queries, were impressive. During the first demo itself, the team was able to clearly present the software modules with detailed explanations and clear instructions.

Cons:

The pricing, including the one-time setup cost, appears high when compared with full ERP solutions that offer broader module coverage at a similar cost.

View from the Lab perspective - A review on TYASuite

I have a neutral experience with average rating. This is just to encourage more user friendly improvements which will help us mutually. I hope TYAsuite can give best user experience. My expectation is higher ans there is more scope of improvement.

Difficult to differentiate the indent (available inventories) & Order requests (new inventories).

It is quick & effective solution for as is where is basis. However the more we make it complicated, the more it creates problem.

Simple, easy to use software. Fast implementation. Good customer support service.

Cons:

Customisation cost is too high, time consuming and slow. Team cannot keep pace with the ever growing business requirements. Some simple to use things are made complicated like mapping of Location and Departments to users in masters. It is too time consuming to change even if one user mapping has to change.

Reasons for choosing TYASuite

Other software were either too costly or not meeting the requirements or the time period on implementation was too long and the requirement was urgent.

Reasons for switching to TYASuite

Vendor did not have the access to the system for uploading invoice, getting payment updates, etc.

Customized fields option helpful. In PR, PO and Invoice Pages enable disable and renaming feature is Helpful. Approval flow can be managed based on locations and amount matrix.

Cons:

Finance Modules required more details view, Basic Features are available but the bank reconciliation feature will help.
