"It's great software and installs on your computer. That you can stop the campaigns anytime for any reason, and pick it back up when you're ready. And how it greatly mimics human behavior so LinkedIn doesn't pick up on it. And they had outstanding customer support!"

"One thing that could be improved is the lack of campaign syncing between the machines. If I want to take the travel laptop with me and leave the heavy one home I always have to transfer the backups manually and make sure they are in sync."
"I've looked at every other stupid option there is and one of the most expensive ones is like $500/month. When I looked at the customization they do for outreach and replies which isn't built into this, but it's not worth it."
