Mailshake became my cheapest employee and also might become my best.

I am saving time with Mailshake. Time is my most valuable currency currently. As a self employed finance and insurance broke, I have no time in googling prospects and writing them emails in a way, so that my emaila dress doesn't get flagged as spam and than following up in the right time period, etc. All that is done by Mailshake. that's perfekt for me.

Pros:

I totally like, the automation of the email outreach. I don't have to monitor everything. Just set up the mails and the prospects and let's go. My work after setting all up is just collecting the leads and updating prospects. Another cool addition is, that Mailshake also finds prospects for you. I totally love it and I already have recommended it to some friends. Mailshake makes your life easier. Customer support is very helpful and very quick in solving problems. They also explain it to you in a way everyone understands. I will use Mailshake for all my email outreach campaigns. The best part of it is, that i don't send anything out, but everything is sent out from my email adress.

Cons:

There is nothing i dislike. Mailshake totally filfills everything they promise. It is easy to use. Only thing I dislike is, that I haven't heard of Mailshake before.

simplified approach makes this easy for even a beginner to cold outreach

So far I'm happy with it. I like the analytics and being able to compare the success, open rates, bounce rates etc. from one campaign to the other and honing in on what is and isn't working with my scripts.

After the initial setup phase that I had had a slight degree of difficulty navigating, because it was so new to me, I was able to find the features I was most excited about using and get right into warming up my newly added domain, shortly after the initial 2 weeks of warm up period, I was able to launch my first campaign. I love how easy the process is.

Cons:

I had some difficulty in the beginning connecting my email account, but after I got over that hiccup, everything else was pretty easy to navigate.

Pros:

Mailshake has helped us eliminate our previously disjointed outreach process. I no longer have to spend time double-checking prospects or worrying that our outreach team might be contacting the same leads more than once.

Cons:

The main issue I have is that there isn't an option to edit or delete multiple prospects at once. This lack of bulk editing or deletion makes managing prospects less efficient for me.

Great tool at a good price!

We really like Mailshake as an Apollo replacement. It is much more affordable, while delivering similar outcomes.

Great tool! Versatile, powerful, and quite simple. The UI breaks down the steps, making it easier to manage list and campaigns. Mailshake unbundles features, so it's easy to build your our own billing. We are getting started with a cheaper plan, while having all features we need—competitors tools are so expensive and or restrictive on starter plans. Can totally recommend for bootstrappers and marketers with a tight budget.

Cons:

It takes a little bit of finangling to find where everything sits across all the many features—after a while it's okay though. The upgrade CTAs everywhere are a little obnoxious, but I get they want to drive conversions.

Excellent Service

I've had a very positive experience with Mailshake, the system is excellent but the Customer Service is where they shine. The team have always been very responsive and helpful for any queries I have had. Highly recommend

Very easy system to use. Automates emails in whatever way you want and it's very easy to set up multiple campaigns and do A/B testing etc.

Cons:

Some tiny things that I would change when moving prospects from one campaign to another, currently it's individual - I would like to be able to filter to not contacted and move all.

It was much more straight forward and the conversation was not a hard sell. Everyone I have dealt with in Mailshake has been exceptionally helpful and friendly

Clean, fast, and does what it says

I’ve been using Mailshake to run cold email campaigns for my startup and it’s been great so far. Easy to get onboarded, didn’t need much support to get going. It does what I need without overcomplicating things. The deliverability’s been solid and I can track clicks and replies right in the dashboard. Honestly it just works.

It’s really simple to use and does exactly what I need without being bloated. I’ve used tools like Lemwarm and Apollo before, and honestly Mailshake just feels less overwhelming. Super easy to set up a sequence and get started. No fluff. Gets straight to it.

Cons:

Not really a con, but it doesn’t have as many features as some other platforms. Like you can’t source leads or do deep prospecting inside the tool itself. I guess that’s not the point of it tho—it’s more about the outreach.

Reasons for choosing Mailshake

I looked at a few others—Apollo, Lemwarm, Instantly, etc. but most of them were either too complicated or had way more features than I actually needed. Mailshake just felt cleaner and more focused. I didn’t need a lead database or a giant CRM, I just wanted to send cold emails, automate follow-ups, and track replies. Mailshake made that super easy without all the extra noise.

Intuitive and perfect for my needs

I've been using mailshake for more than 7 years now, I did change once to another software but quickly came back running hahaha as the other one wasn't worth the few bucks of difference.

Pros:

It's very intuitive to use. You have a lot of options to personalize the emails, sequences and send however you like.

Cons:

It's covering my needs for the moment to send different campaigns, so I'm not sure if I dislike something.
