Fast customer service. Simple interface but had every single feature I wanted.

Cons:

The sidebar interface could be designed slightly better with buttons instead of one long dropdown. But it still works well.

A chance to still keep improving

Going great so far, been able to send emails a lot easier, but been struggling with the interface, it's too confusing and kinda lacking a bit much to what they offer

It helps send emails on bulks and keep things on track, adding such personalized emails helps a bit.

Cons:

the interface still needs to be improve and hopefully you can re-route things on your own to what emails to be sent who are copied in, not just the need to have a collumn of CC, because sometimes it doesn't work.

Value for money. Its easy to use and cost is very good you can manage sequences in the same sheet. we can schedule the emails also.

The product is easy to use after you read the documentation, a bit limited in the usage but good value for money, nice to send a off campaign and one off email marketing

Cons:

the complexity of using it at beginning and the clunkyness, sometimes going back on a workfow is hard and you loose all the data

Just one follwup can be send instead of few and it does have limited date. I think it would be better if they add calendar.

It's perfect add-on for merge emailing where you can save your invaluable time. It's great for sending main information within your team and colleagues.

Cons:

There are limits of sending. Sometimes, it shows only 500 and sometimes 1000.
