Pros / Cons
  • Overall, Outlook is a solid, dependable email and productivity platform that’s well-suited for professional and business use. While it has a learning curve and occasional performance issues, its reliability, integration, and organizational tools outweigh its drawbacks.
  • It also has a few glitches with showing read vs unread emails and the number of unread emails icon on mobile doesn’t update in real time.

  • Thunderbird is free and allows to manage multiple accounts email, so if you want to save money and use a regularly updated program without problems about licenses/demo/trial etc., you are doing the right choice.
  • Some of the styling is a little bit lacking but I need to be fair and say I've not tried to look for settings to change it
