Great support and easy of use.

We decide to use Poptin to replace our own tool (developed in-house) and the migration was easy and without trouble (even if we expected something more as templates).

Pros:

the easy of use for popup and a great support. Any doubts or trouble receive the right attention and solved in minutes

Cons:

We would like to have more options for gamefy or - at least - have some more option to personalize this kind of popups. For example could be great to have different version for the wheel of fortune.

Easy plug-and-play format makes edits easy

I struggled with another pop-up plugin for over a week before I recreated the intended result with Poptin in about an hour. It doesn't get any better than that.

Easy-to-edit interface let me be precise in how I wanted to arrange elements.

Cons:

Mobile and desktop needed to be edit separately. Of course, I may have needed to wait until desktop was finished before turning on the mobile version.

Reasons for switching to Poptin

Popup Box wouldn't turn off a "this box will close in" timer. I had ongoing frustrations with setting the main countdown as I wanted. Actual competitor was Popup Box, which is not on the list.

Shows the daily visitors to my website, and also has multiple breakdowns of time frames of visitors.

Cons:

Nothing at the moment. Everything seems good. If theres a way to breakdown the demographic of PC vs mobile users, thats all i can think of.

Love it! Highly recommend!

10/10 - I've created a few popups and forms so far and they were very easy to set up, there are many customizing options which made the experience even better, the integration process is easy and smooth, and because it's intuitive and easy to use, everything was very fast!

Maybe, once you publish a popup make sure that it will enable automatically rather than you clicking the on/off.
