Great service & value

The experience has been top-notch. I really value that their attention to customer questions and feedback through both customer acquisition and retention phases. They are more than a technology data provider - they are real human-to-human networking masters!

Cons:

Very shady behaviour. Very hard to cancel your account. When you do they keep billing regardless. Lack of support. Over promised, under delivered. There are better alternatives on the market that are more effective and transparent.

Pros:

There are two main points to discuss, the Tool & the Team. The tool and it's user interface offers all you could ask for. Regardless of your knowledge it's easy to dive into and begin utilizing the lead gen opportunities. The TEAM - what a great job this company has done of building a very accessible group. From sales to support they've always replied quick to any questions or concern. From onboarding new clients to assisting with any type of question or concern. Simply stated, their support structure is first class.

Cons:

when looking through leads, the calendar is a little hard to manipulate. but that's a very minor issue.

We use Visual Visitor (under a different name) to help our clients track users who are already visiting their websites, allowing them to retarget marketing messages that will resonate with their audiences.

I have used about 4 other tools in the past, but VisualVisitor is 10x better in terms of accuracy and usefulness. With the other tools, 90% of companies identified were just Internet Service Providers. With VisualVisitor, I could really gather insights on prospects, competitors and customers that are visiting our website.

Cons:

I didn't find any so far. Frankly, this is the best website visitor identification software I have ever seen.
