They were fair on pricing, offering a subscription plan more suitable to a small laboratory versus many of the other cloud based LIMS providers which have a higher minimum user number.
The FreeLIMS version has some limitations which can restrict regular access to the database, but the full CloudLIMS version cost may be out of reach for small academic labs.

I mostly use SciNote as my digital lab notebook, so I like the features that allow me to represent data as well-plates, tables, and equations.
Sometimes it is not very flexible for customizing columns of templates or other hard-set services.
