- We have been using this program for 15+ years, ease of use, easy postings, EHR is fine, customer support has always been helpful and easy to work with, customer support is affordable for a small chiro office with updates included in the support, electronic billing is easy and fast, entering insurance and patient payments are a breeze, overall very happy with this billing and EHR system
- I like how user friendly this program is and how helpful the team is when you have an issue and how quickly they respond back to you.
- The main feedback I have for suggestion is to add an option for detailed filtering when exporting patient charts (ex. practitioner, type of service, date, etc.), as this would be much more convenient for when we receive requests for charts with specific date ranges and we need each practitioner to review their own notes before sending.
- We also find the direct billing of Telus Health not as clean and easy as just doing it manually with the other insurance companies.
