"SOAP macros are restrictive in what you can add/edit (can't format with bold, underline, etc.; won't auto-capitalize a word in the macro if it is at the beginning of a sentence, spacing can get wonky when making custom macros; adding diagnosis codes using macros is awful); seems to darken my x-ray images a bit when importing from my x-ray software"
"Can't change the size/color/bold/underline text in patient notes on their file. and text size is very small."
