- The main feedback I have for suggestion is to add an option for detailed filtering when exporting patient charts (ex. practitioner, type of service, date, etc.), as this would be much more convenient for when we receive requests for charts with specific date ranges and we need each practitioner to review their own notes before sending.
- We also find the direct billing of Telus Health not as clean and easy as just doing it manually with the other insurance companies.
- The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.
- We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.
