"I particularly like the efficiency of being able to access a secure cloud based system with up-to-date patient clinical notes and accounts on hand from any location. "
"Would appreciate the package focussing also on other professions specifically eg facilities to add psychometric questionnaires and online completion and scoring; giving patients access to own records etc"

"I am not altogether happy with the email system, although Word based it is difficult to edit and clunky, additionally I frequently have sent issues when sending to more than one recipient."
"The one thing I don't like about Midex is on the 'document comments' function within the 'actions tab', when you enter comments it does not show if these have been read, seen or displays the date they were posted and by whom to allow an audit trail to be kept and to also make sure that messages have been read."
