"I came across Zanda through and LinkedIn post and tried it and was fascinated by its features, it has improved my throughput as now I am easy able to handle my meetings and any review or revision from my client."
"I also love that if I have any questions about something on PowerDiary, I can chat with someone in realtime for help or schedule a meeting with someone who will guide me in a one-to-one session."

"When it works its great. When it doesn't work, there's a very poorly designed chatbot to deal with which will happily allow you to do all the tech's trouble shooting for them, collating screenshots and version numbers and error codes, followed by a quick message to send all that separately via an email (after you've done the work, not before, as if you don't have enough to do when you're clinic software isn't working)."
"It's a good product but I still don't use it for report writing as it is not fit for my purpose yet."
"To be honest, I wouldn't recommend Zanda to anyone. Although is fully remote, I think it's missing many useful features and is not user friendly."
