"The aspect I liked least about the Therabill system is that it is a stand alone system. "
"great love how easy to navigate around the whole site easy to enter new providers and insurance , easy to post the payments ,the statements have all the information needed for the patient to understand the balance"

"I don't like that it is separate from my EMR. If a patients insurance information was entered incorrectly originally within the WebPT EMR and it crosses over to Therabill it was just stuck. "
"These areas are not as easy to navigate even with the tutorials. "
"Wasn't able to bill/submit charges for almost 3 months due to communication errors between software."
