"Some of our long time patients get annoyed with being asked to review over and over again when they have already, some who are on maintenance care schedules just back the check in date get annoyed since they are coming in soon anyways, this causes some of them to completely opt out of all texts as a whole."
"The only issue we have had thus far is being able to put a patient on the schedule twice for 2 different treatments and streamline to only one reminder."
"If someone says they want to cancel an appointment, the word cancel opts them out of texts."
