The User Interface is very easy to use. What I liked the most is the retrospective page which has an option to anonymize the users

Smooth and intuitive interface, good support, but expensive

- Feature was requested, then implemented and delivered in a surprisingly quick timeframe - Support is friendly and helpful - Feature set is good for simple planning poker sessions

- Having to pay more than double the amount of the basic plan just to customise estimate values (e.g. S, M, L instead of Fibonacci numbers) is a little extreme

Pros:

The Slack integration is solid: async standups are great. Retros in the app work pretty nicely, too. Planning poker (when the JIRA integration works) is fairly seamless.

Cons:

The JIRA integration can be pretty unreliable; when we're trying to point cards, it feels like we end up troubleshooting it every other time. This happens in Slack and within Team O'clock itself.
