"It was ok in the beginning then they got really pushy to the end which is why we left - we merged to a much easier system which allowed our members to auto renew through an app and automaticity fix their membership - ez facility wanted to charge for an app as well - We were gateway and paying to many companies to do one thing so we moved to another much easier and seamless company gym masters who have been absolutely incredible to work with"

"Everything was ala cart - We continued to have increased prices even after being with them for over 10 years - they would adjust but you had to talk to them every year! - they do charge for everything you want extra even when you are a basic small facility like ourselves - We were needing to ingrate the door on top of a high monthly bill we already had with them for the little we did use and there was no way to adjust it - They wanted to charge me 200 extra a month to use authorize.net instead of their payment processing which is why we left - they also wanted to charge me 500 dollars for my client diet to merge to another software!"
