"My staff has found a workaround to link images in emails and webpages, but the site just hangs when trying to upload images. When this happens, you're forced to reload the page, which takes you out of whatever you were editing, only to not save any of what you've done. If this occurs while you're editing a webpage, you may also be locked out of the page for 5 minutes from a security feature."
"Utility has never been a priority for StarChapter, which is evidenced by their development of new design templates for websites that were only offered to get clients out of an old pricing structure."
