MyOutcomes vs Practice Mate: Which is best for you?

We have appreciated MyOutcomes customer service and its willingness to use customer feedback to improve, such as making it easier for clients to complete measures during virtual sessions (the Give Access function)

What I like least about the software is that even with taking the training course, there isn't good instruction on how to interpret the data.

The few times I had questions or problems with a particular carrier, customer service was able to help me resolve and explain in great detail.

You would need to hire another staff to manage claims payments, which defeats the purpose of using an inexpensive software.
