Well organized time saving software

I use it as a mentor, and I found this software so professional as well very easy to use.

Pros:

Mentornity allows to see the match between students and tutors very easily. It also stores all the feed in the home page, which is helpful.

Cons:

What I don't like about it is that it's not easy —or not possible to— create time slots and meetings that are repeated, as would be possible in another platform like google calendar, say.

Already seeing results fro the mentoring and coaching.

We really took off on the corporate coaching program they had to offer. It helped alot of the supervisory staff here.

Cons:

We thought the pricing was a bit high since we have higher attrition but we believe it will work out.

How easy is to schedule a meeting with mentors and the integration with a video-conference room helps a lot to start the weekly mentorship

It has an enormous entrepreneurship network. It makes easier to find what you need about communication between business areas.

It has not a category segmentation such as science, agriculture, etc for projects yet.

When I needed to contact with mentors mentornity is the best solutions. I can send quick messages and see my schedule,meetings and i can give feedback about my meeting.

There is no that kind of solution around mostly. That's why it's making everything easier. Also, there are good user experience good use cases. When I start using the software I can find everything easily. Sometimes it's hard to say some feedback to mentors. But the online feedback system makes everything easier.

Cons:

Mobile UX, UI solutions are very bad on android I can write direct messages to mentors easily, needed to fix it

Mentornity is a simply platform to use, with great connectivity and interoperative in a simple and holistic manner. The different platforms offered express the differentiation approach and the customer friendliness.

Cons:

The integraion with other apps should be a plus in order to increase value for money. The ability the users may alter the menu inside the product / platform may be an asset. Privacy is very important and should be offered in maximum.

Pros:

We were able to use mentornity feauters to arrange online meetings between mentors and participants and after that, we saw an overview of the activities, that helped us better understand if and how often they had been using this mentoring tool. We found a lot of support from the mentornity team, giving us tips and adapting their functions to our needs.

Cons:

There are some functions's label you can use as something else but not customize, so it can be confusing the user (e.g. we had to refer to our mentees teams as "start-ups" and couldn't assign them another name).
