"As EFT Donations are so important to the consistent giving for churches, Faith Direct has taken most of the burden off the parish to provide a service that is safe, PCI compliant, always available to both the church and their parishioners through their supurb customer service."

"Some parishioners have not signed up bc of the processing fees we have to pay, and others switched from our EFT option, which had no or very minimal transaction fees, to Faith Direct using a credit card, so some of our costs increased."
"At times there are issue with the Capital Campaign reporting features, and the ability to down load reports or upload into Pds. "
"It can be tedious to export the contribution report as a .csv file and then modify it when uploading to Realm."
