"Their helpdesk chat function was also excellent, with timely support and regular staff, so you were often chatting with people who knew your project. Once applicants had questions, they, too, could contact Submittable customer service directly instead of asking me (the person behind the application for the Fellowship) how to navigate in the platform or reset their password."
