- The monitoring and alerting capabilities are excellent, and the remote access features save a ton of time troubleshooting without having to roll a truck.
- Some of the network mapping bleeds into other networks thus not giving a correct picture of that network

- I like the feature of automated network mapping that is incorporated in ManageEngine OpManager MSP since it captures the changes of network topology in realtime.
- I found it had a weakness in that SNMP trap processing caused the update delay whenever several customers’ routers were being processed.
