Time and Money Saving

In general, CamScanner is very practical and it's interface is user friendly for beginners. It helps to save time and money, since i can scan and convert documents very fast.

Pros:

What i like most about CamScanner is that, i can easily convert an image document into a PDF file. It equally helps me to sign my documents and to transfer them to other applications.

Cons:

What i like least about CamScanner is the apparition of adverts which sometimes causes the application to close down or become slow in processing a document.

One of the best application to use

CamScanner is one of the best application to use. This application has basic features so that anyone can use it whether that is a student or professional. User can collaborate any document or pictures according to the requirement and share the same. There are a lot of options that are provided by this application to share the document or pdf also. Earlier, I was using many of the pdf converters since 2016 but this application is fantastic. One can convert any number of pictures in the document form and if the user want, password can also be added in the same. It has a wonderful feature of sorting the document also. I will love to mention that CamScanner is the best application I have used so far.

According to me there are wonderful features that are present in the application and as much I have used the application there is no such features which I will mention I donot like. This is the wonderful application and I have a great experience in using this application.

Pros:

Free scanning software! If you don't have a scanner at home, office, etc this is a great solution. Can scan so easy and has the feature to convert it to a pdf or jpg.

Cons:

You have to pay to get even more features like turn it into a word document which would be great and even take the watermark. The quality is a little bit bad but considering is free is understandable.

Easiest way of preparing scanned documents

Pros:

This application provides more reliable documents since It makes the scanned information editable other than preparing scanned documents. The possibility of exporting the scanned document in different formats is another remarkable feature of this app. The premium version of the app allows me to extract texts and data in the scanned doc which makes my documentation very effective in my career.

Cons:

It urged me to go for the paid version of the app since the free version includes much less tools than the paid version.

Ideal Scanner and Document Organizer

Overall, Camscanner helped me get rid of manual scanners and helped me quickly scan documents, efficient storage and fast retrieval. I found the software quite helpful in creating my document repository. My camera is my scanner, and my handheld devices are my office filing system, and I feel powerful. I don't need a bulky office file management system for my important documents. My office moves with me. I can convert lousy pages into professional-looking documents. I can share my documents with my team quickly. The best part is that it does the job much better than any of the competing products.

1. It automatically scans your documents and converts the scanned documents with batch processing, where you don't have to do repetitive iterations. 2. The most impactful feature is its ability to apply magic color effects to highlight the document content. 3. Another great feature is the searchability option among tour scanned images. 4. You can group your documents the way you want for easy and quick retrieval. 5. It allows you to import documents and images from other apps and seamlessly convert them into a searchable document repository. 6. You can save your files on the cloud and retrieve them from anywhere. 7. It integrates well with other leading software like Adobe PDF and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). 8. You can directly share the documents whenever you want. 9. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. It lists relevant options to reset, edit, adjust, and crop. 10. You can even straighten slant images and convert difficult-to-read images into readable stuff.

Cons:

1. Sometimes, batch processing or auto conversion of documents crops the important portions of your documents, and you need to adjust every page again. Sometimes you don't even know that auto-cropping removed something, so it needs some improvements. 2. If you try to import multiple PDF files, it does not work at all. 3. Sometimes auto highlight feature increases or decreases brightness too much. Sometimes you do not want a dark background, and there is no way to remove it. 4. It may be useful to convert a scanned document directly into an editable word file with OCR.

Worth getting if you want a good scanner app

This is a great way to email customers copies of signed with ink contracts. It has never failed me and the documents always look great.

It's soooo easy to use. Keeps everything neat and where it should be. On the free version the adds aren't that bad.

Cons:

Sometimes when I push it to my company's CRM, it takes a while. It could be the CRM fault.

A life saver application for document scanning

CamScanner has been one of the best applications from the moment I was in the university and I needed to submit a lot of written assignments to an online portal to the point till now when I am professionally working and I need to submit a lot of professional documents. CamScanner has really been a life saver app for me.

Pros:

Scanning with the CamScanner saved me a lot of time and money. It is one of the best utility applications. The quick and easy process to just snap a picture of your documents with its built-in area that automatically detects documents and allows us to adjust the area of the box is such a helpful feature. I also liked how it can be quickly converted into any file format we like. More importantly, another best feature about this app is the file sharing to the pc after we scan the documents.

Cons:

I don't think there is anything about the app I didn't like except for the watermarks as a free user. But I think it is worth it.

This app is easy to install from playstore and easy to use anytime. As long as your phone has a back camera, there's no other special requirement.

Cons:

I haven't seen anything I dislike about the app and shave been using this app for more than 3 years.

Pros:

I started using CamScanner since the lockdown period for scanning my assignments and submitting for my college work. Since then I never stopped, It made my wok easier. It is very easy to use and it's UI is so simple that anybody can access the tools. We can easily scan and convert any format and it makes the CamScanner to use by many people.

Cons:

The CamScanner converts but after conversion the quality of the image sometimes change. And the watermark cannot be removed in free version. Apart from that it is a great software.
