"It turns out that the reason was that it could not charge me $200 in October for some reason, which it did not inform me about in any way. And now they have charged me double the amount in December when most expenses are on holidays and you must count every dollar. Why didn't you charge me double the amount in November? Why did you specifically wait to charge me double the amount in December?"
