our experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, the Parkade team has gone above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The platform itself is intuitive and adaptable, and the team behind it is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. We were able to implement a solution that truly fit our unique requirements, and any questions or issues were handled promptly.

My company, One Medical, has retail clinics throughout the US. Many of these clinics are located in buildings with private parking, like apartment buildings. Before Parkade, our company's employees often simply weren't allowed to park in many of these buildings — and parked on the street instead. Then some of these buildings we have office space in started using Parkade, and everything changed. Parkade made it easy for these buildings to offer parking to retail employees, and our employees now park in the garage of the building they work in! They just open the app, book spots when needed, and payments, gate access, enforcement, etc is all handled! And for the building, they're able to only give access to our employees, and not the public. Everyone wins.

I am not comfortable having to report my neighbors when my spot is occupied! It has happened 2X in the first week. You don’t need to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out why your car was ticketed or towed from a specific spot! This complex does NOT have cameras in the parking garage and PARKADE requires self reporting and NO realtime monitoring!

Not a good experience. The app is not well designed. It glitches and they don't fix their issues. I do not like their business model. I hate using them. Worst parking garage experience I've ever had and I have lived at 9 different places. They came up with this idea, and guess what? It sucks. I'd rather pay one fee a month and not have to think about the different spots costing different things, and also their terrible pricing on top of that. The customer service sucks as well. The app glitches and they don't fix their problems. I don't want to live somewhere that uses this service.

We finally feel a sense of security with our property's garage operations since Parkade took over the management of the spaces.

We were happy with our experience and felt very tended to while working with Parkade.

The setup of the app was very easy to do and the map that was made from our prints looked great. The app overall is very detailed and well-setup.
