"The Kiosk helps students and teachers to install their software without admin permission. and they have really nice tech support."
"It is easy to use and I can make changes, additions, or deletions very quickly. "
Cons
"Basic things will occasionally break or get replaced with options purchased from other vendors (such as the remote session 'Observe' function being replaced with TeamViewer, which requires more money if you want to license more than the 2 users granted to each FileWave deployment)."
