Cons:

One of my most used work tools

Quickly became one of my most used tools for document management. Integration with my gmail account saves time and allows me to quickly rename documents, save them to Drive, apply dates/signatures or add commentary.

Pros:

DocHub easily integrates into my gmail inbox and my daily work flow. I can quickly open attachments and convert them to PDF, apply signatures, dates, highlights, comments and more.

Cons:

The ability to add pages to an existing document needs some work. At present, only one document can be uploaded and added at a time. If I want to combine 2-3 PDFs, they must each be uploaded separately which is time consuming. I'd also like to see the ability to edit existing text.

Reasons for choosing DocHub

Price was a major influence. At first, I only needed to apply a few signatures but quickly realized DocHub was capable of more. I still have an old license of Adobe Acrobat (not a monthly plan) installed on my computer for more comprehensive document editing but for 95% of my files, DocHub does the trick and is much faster than uploading/downloading files.

Good but room to improve

I've used it regularly (at least weekly) for the last 1.5 years. I've experienced several instances where the signor completed the document on their end, but it did not finalize. Despite trying multiple times. I have to reupload and begin the process again to sort out the issue which can be very annoying. However, it is affordable and meets the needs of my workplace.

It's overall very good at getting digital documents signed.

Cons:

It glitches a lot and sends so many spammy emails to everyone involved, which sometimes makes people I'm sending the documents to, tune out and ignore the notifications in the long run.

Furthermore, Dochub's support shines with rapid issue resolution, courtesy of attentive technicians and a responsive service team - a refreshing change from the automated responses typical of industry giants.

Cons:

One major challenge I face is the lack of brand recognition for innovative solutions like Dochub. Working in an industry dominated by older, senior executives who are not tech-savvy, I've seen firsthand their initial resistance to adopting electronic documents. It took the COVID-19 pandemic, which made traditional methods untenable, for them to reluctantly accept digital solutions. However, their familiarity with technology is limited, leading them to default to well-established brand names. This approach often results in overspending on less innovative options, overlooking more cutting-edge alternatives. In essence, the reliance on recognizable brands stifles exploration of superior solutions, hindering progress and efficiency.

Handy Business Tool for our Staffing Agency

DocHub is a very valuable tool for our business and is used frequently for various purposes. Pricing is good and doing day to day administration would be a lot more difficult without the use of DocHub for uploading documents.

Pros:

Editing is made easy by importing documents into DocHub. Sharing documents for signature or providing templates for editing are easy as well. I use it frequently for HR/onboarding and creating and editing corporate documents.

Cons:

It sometimes crashes when I'm in the middle of opening a document.

Best Choice for us in Contract Processing

It was super easy to get started with, intuitive, and simple to use. It has a ribust set of features and it's very easy to customize to our neds without any training or tutorials (Which htye have, but it's just that easy). The price is exceptional as well for us, since we don many documents, not just a few large dollar contracts.

It is a very reasonably priced product, works great and has a lot o90f features. It is truly the perfect solution for us with the numnber of smaller contracts we send to clients.

Cons:

Honestly, there are really nothing I don't like about this product. Even when there is an occasional glitch, it is fixed fast and the support tea, is extremely responsive in taking care oif even the tinest of issues, which are rare. like ionce in 4 years?

Docusign is insanely expensive if you are doing a lot of small dollar contracts. It'[s simply not owrth it. DocHub is a (very reasonable) flat price for unlimited documents on our plan and simply makes more sense

Cons:

With other products dominating the market, the ability to use dochub as an option with certain CRM packages is limited.

Quintessential Tool for Administrators and Coordinators.

I'm able to full utilize all the features of DocHub to the best of my abilities and it really helps make my day to day tasks and operations very easy and efficient. The constant updates and simplification of the tool makes using it better and better everyday. I'm very pleased with what's offered and how I get to use it. Everything from creating confidential documentation and templates to mass signatures it's so useful.

Pros:

I like it's simple and useful interface along with the strong use of signature request tool and a PDF/ Page editing tool. There is a lot of great features offered within the tool to carry out all of my needs for day to day tasks.

Cons:

The lack of support offered when an issue or question arises for a concern. However, it usually resolves itself the next day if I just leave it.
