PetPocketbook vs Time To Pet: Which is best for you?

PetPocketbook's team has been WONDERFUL about providing guidance and answers to all of my questions during the learning phase, and I appreciate knowing that any questions I have will be answered by someone who genuinely wants to support my business ownership journey.

I do not like that when a pet sitter approves services that it is not sent to me in an email or an easier way to see that it has been handled. When it is pending there are gold squares on the calendar. But once approved by a pet sitter, I have to look at all the ones that I approved and it takes a lot to see other approvals.

One of the most important things to me was to be able to have once central place for my clients to do everything - review & sign a contract, complete care instructions, schedule services, pay their invoice and communciate.

This is devastating as a new business owner to learn that I missed out on several new clients due to the failure of a software that I was paying $25/month for.
