"The focus on pet grooming as its target market is very good and a lot of the things you can do such as “overdue grooms” and having pet info as well as client info sets it apart from broader softwares."

"It’s redundant, using the website on your phone browser is unresponsive, it only works on desktop, beware of hidden functions that send out spammy emails to your customers using there company email as the sender, apparently you can go and change the email to your own, why is that function even there ?"
"so I used the create and confirm button thinking it wound just create and confirm the initial booking not send out 12 emails that would be crazy, who in there right mind would want that function. "
