Customer service has been incredible. This is true from the initial contact and demo, through the implementation process, and finally to deployment. We were given easy and simple instructions all along the way which has made using DocTract very easy.

DocTract has been a pleasure to work with. The product really delivers everything that we were promised. It's refreshing to know that we can count on the platform to meet all of our needs.

Cons:

No improvements needed. We've used the platform and haven't found anything to improve. The learning curve is small since the platform is very intuitive to use.

Pros:

Excellent policy management with straightforward setup and usability. On the user side it is easy for employees to find what they need using keywords or organized labels. On the administrative side the team can collaborate, track revision changes and watch trends in user use.

Cons:

You cannot edit the revision number. Some minor edits such as spacing or a font change should have the option to keep the revision number the same.

Reasons for switching to DocTract

Better features. Accessibility for the end users.

Pricing, the fact that we can do attestation, include some trainings produced by us.

Cons:

Its complexity on managing the status of the documents, and all the steps that need to be taken in order to modify a policy before the review date.

Why I'd recommend DocTract to any organized soul...

Honestly, I've never enjoyed working within a system more. Onboarding was foolproof, they walk you through setting up your business step by step. Their team is super helpful and knowledgeable. The system is simple to navigate. 10/10.

Pros:

I love how easy it is for my team to search for important documents and for me to be able to make changes to them. Also, I LOVE that their system keeps tabs on previous versions, so if we need to revisit how something was done in the past, we can easily locate that information.

Cons:

I wish the search tool was the same on the back end as it is on the front end!

Pros:

Doctract has streamlined our Policy management program. The built-in integration with Office applications is extremely helpful and make policy review a breeze. The workflow capabilities have made our review and attestation process much more efficient.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind here, it is very easy to use.

Excellent overall, the onboarding process was very simple and interactive, support has been excellent since, and the product speaks for itself.

Pros:

From the first demonstration, DocTract provided an elevated experience for both administrators and employees and was the clear choice for customization and document management. In the ever-changing regulatory landscape, it is reassuring that our technology allows us to keep both our policies and supporting documents up to date and easy to use for our employees. A key feature for our institution is the audit trail, this allows an organization of our size follow and understand the policy changes, when they were made and by whom.

Cons:

Although we had some items on our wish list that weren’t necessarily available at the time of launch, DocTract has been open and amenable to our requests and suggestions and keeps us updated on any new developments.

The customer service and support for DocTract is unmatched. From our department's initial adoption of the program through its launch and beyond, their team has been extremely patient and helpful.

Cons:

The initial setup was time consuming. I wouldn't necessarily say it was a con because the detail shows when you go live and is well worth the time invested.
