- Graphics tools are limited; not easy to get perfect size for A4 leaflet pages; very irritating that colours keep changing if you copy a grapgh to a new page to show different figures

- has a lot more toools than PowerPoint- makes putting together slides a lot quicker while also ensuring the slide is visually appealing.
- The icon for some buttons are not straighforward to understand unless I hoover on it and I read the meaning (e.g. grid options, do not autofit, you tube video).
