About InfoFlo Print

InfoFlo Print is an integrated all-in-one MIS & web-to-print order management system specifically built for print shops with unique features and integrations.

The integrations include a sync with QuickBooks Online to meet all of your accounting needs, CardConnect for online payment processing and in-store POS, Shippo for printing shipping labels with tracking, MailChimp to manage your email marketing campaigns and Twilio to send out SMS and email notifications to your customers.

InfoFlo Print also offers an integrated MIS solution with an easy-to-use product matrix that keeps your solutions pricing updated and makes getting your storefront created a breeze. Powerful MIS pricing fields such as price per unit, square footage, product thumbnails, product gallery, quantity grid with discount showing, file upload, single-line text fields, paragraph text fields, conditional fields and more. As a result, all products can be added and managed.

Finally found what I was looking for!!

AMAZING.. Just the support is a 5 Start experience along with all of the tools and option available at our disposal.

Pros:

The most important part of this software is how customizable and how much support you get with it. There is a 1/1 support when you need it. The software has allowed me to track where my orders are at all times and allowed me to invoice my clients and get paid a lot faster. I can now come back to the office the following day and know exactly where I left off yesterday.

Cons:

I have been working with support to implement certain aspects of what I need for my business so I can't say I dislike anything. Adding products is probably the most time consuming part of the software, but luckily their support allows me to ask them what I need and they help me with it.

It didn't have half of the options that I have now. Although it was free to use, it wasn't what I need for my business.

Very seemless easy to use ... easy to keep track of customer communication... overall pretty good .

Cons:

It's a bit old fashion looking it really could use a touch up to look more alive but it works and that's the greatest.

InfoFlo Print is a new approach to Print Management and Estimating Software

Overall, InfoFlo Print has been a good solution for a shop that was managing it's print, prom, wide format, and mail with 4 different programs. It has really pulled our business together. While it has been a lengthy process to get set up and get going, I would 100% go this route again if I had it to do over and knowing what I know now.

Pros:

InfoFlo Print is highly customizable unlike a lot of products out there. This has allowed us utilize InfoFlo print to manage all the aspects of our business. Additionally, we can manage payments and collect money up front. This system makes it easy to send an invoice and for customers to pay it online.

Cons:

InfoFlo Print is Highly customizable. I say this is a Con because it really can do anything but it is easy to overthink it and get caught up in trying to make this program do more than it should or needs to. Using conditional logic to build products is great when it is done but setting the products up can be timely and difficult.

Pros:

This product was customized to our liking and needs in extreme short period of time. We rolled it out and had very few issues, all minor. The staff at infoflo is great to work with. One can get a hold of (a person) pretty much at anytime. They really have gone the extra mile for Concordia.

Cons:

I can honestly say that i have dislikes about the software or the staff.

Having gone from manual pricing for all of our products, the package InfoFlow Print provided with all its easy to use features was super impactful to our everyday work process.

Cons:

It's difficult to think of what we like least since all of our wish list items have been produced in a matter of hours or in progress over a few days time.

The product is very powerful and is loaded with benefits to make your business run smooth. From the ease of web store front setup to the customizability of the software to the ease of use to hit your deadlines.

Cons:

Even though the company has provided some great tools there are a few items that still need to be addressed but i feel confident they will add those requested options as new versions are released.
