3D Source was responsive to requests and executed our requests in a timely manner.

This software allows our personnel that are unfamiliar with 3D CAD software to develop layouts with our products to customer specifications. This frees our designers to work on product and process improvements without compromising our customers experience. As we move forward and have our entire product line available in the configurator we will be rolling the system out to our dealer network so they can create layouts with the customers directly.

Pros:

Dealing with the team implementing our system was simple and straightforward. They were able to quickly assess our needs and were able to understand our particular requirements and tailor a solution for us. We had some very particular requirements in our layouts but the challenge was quite easily dealt with. They also use a simple portal for submitting requests and replies. This makes for easy tracking of communication when there are multiple people submitting requests and multiple developers submitting updates. Overall, the configurator proved to be quite adaptable and the team were quick to implement the requests put forward by our team. We are happy with our choice and plan to expand its use to a wider range of our products.

Cons:

The cost to implement the configurator was high but relative to the difficulty that our requirements put on the developers and the speed that the systems was implemented it was reasonable.

There are obviously a few hiccups here and there, particularly with smoothing functions and the like.

Unmatched Quality and Customer Service

Our overall experience has been very positive. They are willing to work with us with any idea or new feature we want to include. Since we have launched, we have introduced new features to our configurator that connect our audience more with our products. Rep and his team are willing to go above and beyond to be exceptional partners and there aren't many vendors that do this in today's marketplace.

The quality of our configurator is hands down the best that is available on the market today. We receive countless comments where users are blown away by the quality of the image they are able to download out of our virtual design tool.

Cons:

There really isn't much to say for a con, anytime we have run into something, 3D Source has been available to help us troubleshoot and assist with a resolution to ensure we are up and running and providing the best product configurator we can for our customers

3D Product Configurator

3D Source built us a 3D Configuration Platform we use internally with our clients.
