Cylindo 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

Cylindo's fidelity, negligible PDP speed impact, ease of configuration and management / administration, extensibility via their content api to all aspects of the site and other content partners has made them a core requirement for offering home furnishings - especially upholstery - online. Their project management is always stellar and they require very, very little oversight to get projects completed. They have been a unique vendor to work with as there is almost never a problem. When there is - its is dealt with quickly and ownership is taken.With some of their newer features such as their lifestyle image creation they are really setting themselves apart as a content creation solution that goes beyond the traditional visualization space of cove imagery.

1. Rendering timelines can be a bit slow with large projects at times. Ideally Cylindo would move to releasing smaller batches or creating a faster cycle time on sample products. 2. Adding new materials is more costly than one would like considering the frequency of material changes in the industry. With a very significant collection to which these updates must be applied the re-renders can get a bit expensive. 3. Generally I think there are opportunities to improve the cost model for smaller, less expensive product such as accessories. Currently ingesting these items into the 3D ecosystem is important for the organization but does not make financial sense at this time. Understand that the tool is not necessarily intended to include smaller items but this is something that should be addressed. However... this is an edge case that only shows itself after visualizing the entire product catalogue and where the use case is extending the cylindo CMS to manage other tools.

I like working with the team at cylindo most. The account managers are always very helpful and the team overseas is great at receiving feedback.

I have no dislikes about cylindo. The renderings look good and present well on our website, and the process for creation is fairly simple.
